Kyle has spent his entire life living right here in South Central Virginia and knows the area well. He is a graduate of Longwood University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. He has been a licensed realtor since 2004 and previously worked for 16 years as an agent for Atkins Real Estate before opening up Scruggs Real Estate at the beginning of 2021. When not working he enjoys spending time with family hunting, fishing and helping coach baseball/softball. He is also an active member and deacon of Cullen Baptist Church.
